Access a package of support for additional learning needs
We're committed to making sure every learner receives tailored support and has access to a wealth of learning resources, from weekly welfare sessions, self-help guides, supporting technology, to ESOL support and signposting to relevant external support.
Our dedicated learner support team offers a variety of comprehensive learning support and aftercare, providing bespoke support to accommodate a wide range of learners with additional needs and social support.
We believe that apprenticeships are key to opening opportunities right across the NHS and have successfully recruited over 500 NHS apprentices into full-time roles.
We help our Trust partners overcome their recruitment challenges. Our partners have complimentary access to our recruitment service, to recruit the right people and build a talent pipeline in an ever-competitive labour market.
We work with your recruitment team and NHS Jobs, to attract, screen and shortlist potential candidates. From administrators to chefs to clinical staff, we match your positions to our talent pipeline.
We have supported staff to complete Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeships which have subsequently provided the learner with the entry criteria to go on to complete a full nursing degree. This has helped us develop workforce plans to meet the challenges of our skills shortages.
