At Songbirds we want our children to become curious thinkers and learners who are eager to explore the environments around them. We believe every child deserves to communicate. We need to acknowledge that language is the foundation for children’s thinking and learning. We will freely explore topics based on the children’s current interests and their choices. Practitioners will extend learning opportunities and give opportunities to ignite curiosity on topics which are clearly identified through the 3 I’s. (Intent, Implementation, and Impact). We have taken the best parts of our favourite pedagogies and philosophies and created our own curriculum and teaching style.
