Allure Aesthetics are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice with a passion for customer service to join their Rochdale salon!

The successful candidate will be flexible, dedicated, and have a genuine interest in beauty and customer service.
What does the role involve?
● Answering phone calls professionally, and assisting with inquiries or bookings.
● Greeting clients face to face, and ensuring they feel welcomed into the salon.
● Helping customers complete consultation forms accurately.
● Calling and confirming client appointments to reduce no-shows.
● Respond to emails and text messages on the salon's mobile phone.
● Supporting with social media and content creation.

What's involved as part of the apprenticeship?
● You will be assigned an expert Lifetime Training coach to support you throughout your apprenticeship journey, with regular face to face and virtual catch ups every 4-6 weeks.
● You will work towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship qualification over the course of 12-18 months.
● A hands-on approach to learning and structured training plan delivered at your place of work without the expectation to attend college.
● Dedicated time each week to focus on your learning.

Training to be delivered
Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship L2 including Functional Skills in Maths and English
Starting out in Hairdressing and Beauty College back in 1996 and then venturing into other work, she has come full circle and has fallen back in love with Beauty.
In 2020, Leanne extended her skill set and trained in Semi Permanent Makeup (SPMU), specialising in eyebrows, and has continually added to her training to improve her knowledge of SPMU not only in the eyebrows but also Lips, Eyes, Scalp (SMP), Scar Improvement and Areola. Allure Aesthetics now offers a range of skin rejuvenation and body sculpting treatments.
Most recently, Allure Aesthetics has added a variety of Body contouring, Fat reduction and skin rejuvenation procedures to the treatment offering.
