We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Recruitment Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship.

This role will support both marketing and recruitment activities, helping to promote Swanton Care & Community, strengthen our employer brand and showcase the positive difference our services make across the UK.
Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Recruitment and Operations, you will help create engaging content, support campaigns and contribute to projects that raise awareness of our services, showcase Swanton as an employer of choice and attract new colleagues.

Recruitment Marketing:

Create engaging content for social media, website etc.
Support the planning and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels to attract new candidates.
Help create content that promotes Swanton as an employer of choice.
Assist with recruitment-focused social media campaigns.
Support the promotion of vacancies across digital channels.
Help develop content showcasing career opportunities, colleague stories and employee benefits.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Where possible, attend recruitment events, careers fairs and community engagement activities, capturing content to support recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, presentations and promotional resources.
Assist with writing job adverts, news stories, blogs and case studies.
Work with the Recruitment Team to identify opportunities to improve candidate attraction and engagement
Create and manage Eventbrite campaigns to support recruitment events, open days, awareness campaigns and community engagement activities.
Monitor registrations and attendance data, producing reports and recommendations to support future event planning and promotion.
Help bring Swanton's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life by creating content that highlights colleague experiences, career development opportunities, rewards and the positive impact of working within the organisation.

General Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
Support events, awareness campaigns and organisational initiatives.
Develop knowledge of marketing tools, platforms and best practice.
Complete apprenticeship learning and assignments as required.
Market research and analysis
Data entry and analysis
Administration and ad-hoc support
Support the Recruitment and Marketing teams with day-to-day tasks such as posting job adverts, candidate sourcing, system management

We are looking for someone who: • Has a genuine interest in marketing, communications and social media. • Is creative and enjoys producing content. • Has strong written and verbal communication skills. • Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications required

Grade C/4 in both English and Maths and a related digital or business qualification.
