Techality - Site
You will keep projects moving, support requests answered and the business organised as it grows — working across project coordination, client support, purchasing, documentation and process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

PROJECT COORDINATION:

▪ Coordinate technology deployments from order through to go-live
▪ Schedule engineers and installation visits, and keep everyone informed of changes
▪ Prepare installation packs, RAMS, insurance certificates and client documentation
▪ Carry out pre- and post-installation checks
▪ Maintain client and project records in our project platform

OPERATIONS SUPPORT:

▪ Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
▪ Track hardware orders, deliveries and stock
▪ Keep operational documentation accurate and easy to find
▪ Spot opportunities to improve and streamline processes
▪ Help the business stay organised as it scales

WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERIES:

▪ Organise and oversee client deliveries from our Derbyshire warehouse
▪ Book couriers and pallet deliveries, and confirm site delivery windows with clients
▪ Receive, check and stage incoming hardware ready for installation
▪ Maintain accurate stock records and manage returns and faulty-item exchanges

HELPDESK AND CLIENT SUPPORT:

▪ Act as first point of contact for support queries
▪ Log, track and manage support requests through to resolution
▪ Create and manage user accounts across client platforms
▪ Assist clients with system questions and first-line troubleshooting
▪ Liaise with vendors and support partners, keeping clients updated throughout

TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATION:

▪ Configure system settings and support user onboarding
▪ Maintain documentation and knowledge bases
▪ Help test new platforms before we recommend them to clients
▪ Support product demonstrations and training sessions
▪ Build working knowledge of the technology we deliver

Desired Skills

▪ Able to manage several projects at once and keep them moving ▪ Interested in being on client sites and understanding how operations run ▪ Comfortable asking questions and checking detail ▪ Able to travel to client sites across the UK

Personal qualities

▪ Confident communicating directly with clients — including when plans change

Qualifications required

Grade C/4 and above in English and Maths and a related IT qualification.
