● Process new starter information to ensure employees are correctly set up on CoreHR and added to payroll in a timely manner.
● Create and maintain shift patterns and relevant employee information within CoreHR.
● Complete employment references and ensure all required pre-employment information is accurately recorded.
● Run control reports for data corrections and ensure employee records held on CoreHR are accurate, complete and kept up to date.
● Respond to employee and manager queries, providing accurate and timely information and escalating more complex queries to the relevant individuals.
● Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information appropriately in line with data protection requirements.
● Support the wider People team with administration and People-related activities as required.
● Undertake other ad hoc administrative responsibilities and duties as required to support the needs of the business.
At GLL you will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification over the course of 15 Months’.

While there is currently no progression route within the team, employees will have opportunity to develop their skills and experience in the role.
