Catering and hospitality is one of the UK's biggest employers, spanning kitchens, cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, pubs and contract catering. This foundation apprenticeship is a supported first step into the sector for people starting out, building the practical skills, knowledge and professional behaviours to work confidently in a kitchen or front-of-house team.
