Open cohorts commence bi-monthly (Closed employer cohorts available - 12 minimum), 1-1 sessions with Lifetime Learning and Development Coach (remote), Group webinars every 4 weeks, 15 hours of Triad Coaching Practice with other delegates, and Self study via online learning platform - Aptem.
End point assessment
2 hour coaching observation (2 coachees - 1 hour each) with 20 minute Q&A, 60 minute interview supported by portfolio of evidence, and 90 multiple-choice test with 40 questions.
