The Hospitality Manager level 4 apprenticeship is designed for those leading teams or departments, responsible for delivering high standards, managing operations, and driving performance across the business.

Blended learning model

This apprenticeship is delivered through a flexible, blended approach, combining on-the-job learning with structured support from a dedicated Learning Coach, so you can develop your leadership capability alongside your role.

End point assessment

Typically completed over 15 months, plus end-point assessment, the programme is designed to fit around your role, with pacing tailored to your experience and development needs.
