The Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship is designed for adult care workers ready to take on more responsibility, supporting individuals while guiding colleagues and contributing to high-quality care delivery.

This apprenticeship is delivered through a flexible, blended approach, combining on-the-job learning with structured support from a dedicated Learning Coach, so you can develop your skills alongside your role.
Duration that works for you
Typically completed over 15 months, plus end-point assessment, the programme is designed to fit around your role, with pacing tailored to your experience and development needs.
Assessed in the workplace
The Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship is assessed through workplace observations and assignments that reflect your day-to-day role, with regular feedback from your Learning Coach before completing your end-point assessment.
