The Level 5 Leader in Adult Care apprenticeship is designed for experienced care professionals leading teams or services, responsible for managing operations, driving quality, and shaping person-centred care across their organisation.

The Level 5 Leader in Adult Care apprenticeship is assessed through workplace practice and assignments that reflect your day-to-day role, with regular feedback from your Learning Coach before completing your end-point assessment.
