A blended approach that fits around your role, combining one-to-one coaching with a Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote sessions, and self-directed learning through our online platform, Aptem.
End point assessment
You’ll complete a practical observation of your coaching, followed by a presentation with questions, and a professional discussion with an assessment panel, demonstrating your ability to deliver safe, inclusive, and engaging activities.
