Health and Social Care Foundation Apprentice - Wigan PossAbilities - Wigan You will be supporting adults with learning and/ or physical disabilities to live the lives they choose based on what they need and what is important to them. This covers lots of things such as assisting people with their personal hygiene, washing, dressing, and meals; through to helping people do whatever they choose to do in a day ad when out and about, that makes them happy.
