For team members delivering day-to-day care and support within residential, community, or home care environments.
Blended learning model
1-1 coaching sessions with a Lifetime Learning Coach, supported by face-to-face and remote delivery, alongside self-study through Aptem.
Apprenticeship assessment
Achievement is confirmed through workplace evidence and completion of the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate, fully integrated throughout the programme.
