1. By entering the prize draw you agree to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Lifetime Training Group Limited (LTG), CRN: 03263608, Clifton Heights, Triangle West, Bristol, UK, BS8 1EJ.
3. The prize draw is open to eligible individuals who are enrolled in an LTG-facilitated apprenticeship as of 9 May 2025. Employees of LTG are excluded from participation.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
7. Each eligible learner registered with LTG who obtains Gateway approval (or returns from Break-in-Learning (BiL) for those in BiL as of 12th of May 2025) during the applicable month will be automatically entered into that month’s prize draw.
8. Eligible learners who obtain Gateway approval validated by the EPAO after 31 October 2025 will not be entered into any prize draw and will have no opportunity to win a prize.
9. Eligible learners who return from BiL after the date stipulated in their email will not be entered into any prize draw and will have no opportunity to win a prize.
10. LTG will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
11. If a learner does not wish to participate in the draw they must notify LTG at least five (5) business days before the end of each month.
12. Each winning contestant will receive one (1) Apple iPad 11” 128GB (2025) . A total of five (5) iPads will be awarded through a random draw each month, for a period of six (6) consecutive months, from May through October 2025.
13. LTGs use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
14. The winners will be drawn at random.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
16. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
17. The decision of LTG regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. Each monthly raffle will be conducted within ten (10) business days following the end of the respective month. Winners will be notified within fourteen (14) calendar days of the draw.
19. LTG will attempt to contact the winner by email up to three times.
20. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the third email, they will lose their right to the prize, and LTG reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
21. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
22. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at support@lifetimetraining.co.uk.
23. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and education standard to any other prize draw participants if requested via LTG.
24. An announcement of the winners first name and place of work may be made via LTGs e-learning site and/or CRM communications.
25. All personal information shall be used in accordance with LTGs Privacy Notice.
26. LTG does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that LTG does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
27. LTG does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are those of the prize winner.
28. LTG reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
29. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
