Our well-established IT department currently has an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to begin a long-term career in IT.
You will have excelled at IT studies at school/college, you are the go-to person for friends and family with computer problems, maybe have built your own gaming PC and now want further training to succeed in the ever-changing world of information technology. You will be fully trained to work in the following areas under our IT Manager:
● First Line Support Desk (smart-phone provided) using in-house ticketing system and state-of-the-art Remote Management Tools
● PC software maintenance
● PC hardware maintenance (Basic ie. swapping SSD drive or memory chips)
● PC setups and upgrades onsite
● Basic Microsoft networking and Office 365 administrations

Desired Skills
You should be able to demonstrate a natural liking for all things IT and Tech in general. This could be as an IT hobbyist at home running a home server or building custom PCs as two examples.

● Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Qualifications required
Grade 4/C and above in both English and Maths, and a related IT qualification.
Future prospects
Potential for a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
