The Content Creator will work closely with the marketing team to plan and produce best-in-class content, with a primary focus on social media while also supporting broader marketing needs. This role is central to delivering an always-on content strategy that engages diverse audiences, builds brand awareness, and brings our brands to life.
Working across the restaurant group, you’ll help develop impactful social and marketing campaigns that reflect the distinct personality of each brand through thoughtful, authentic storytelling.
Creative ideation:
· Generate and pitch creative concepts rooted in brand objectives, audience insights, and cultural relevance
· Craft compelling content that tells engaging stories about our food, people, and experiences
· Stay ahead of macro social media and food trends, proactively integrating them to keep content fresh, relevant, and culturally in tune
· Develop mood boards and creative treatments to establish a cohesive look and feel across all content
· Support wider marketing initiatives by producing visual assets for email, website, digital advertising, and other channels
Content creation:
· Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality, on-brand multimedia content for social and marketing channels, ensuring it performs across all digital touchpoints
· Take a hands-on approach to shooting and editing content, from self-produced projects to cross-functional collaborations
· Provide art direction to maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity across all social platforms
· Identify, recommend, and collaborate with external creators or influencers when needed to produce standout content
Desired Skills
· Understanding of social platforms and their unique content formats · Proven experience in social content creation, ideally within restaurants, food or hospitality. · Proficiency in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut etc

Qualifications required
GCSEs or functional skills level 2 in English & Maths.
