Marketing:
● Assisting in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
● Manage and develop multiple social media accounts.
● Monitoring campaign performance and analysing key metrics to optimise results.
● Contributing to creating ideas and content for all digital platforms.
● Supporting email marketing operations, including list segmentation and campaign execution.
● Collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
● Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
● Contribute to the development of websites and mobile applications.
● Creating blogs, press releases, and written articles for relevant industry topics.
● Complete and implement the HubSpot and Google Analytics elements of the apprenticeship training into your daily activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies
Sales:
● Cold calling prospects to promote Alpha Scan’s product range
● Follow-up leads via the website
● Send our relevant product collateral and follow-up with the prospect in an agreed timeframe
Desired Skills
Some customer service experience is desired for this role, this could be in a face-to-face retail environment as an example. If you have some sales experience, that would beneficial. You should also be able to demonstrate a natural interest in marketing and be able to showcase some previous work done. This might be a college course portfolio.

Qualifications required
Grade 4/C in English and Maths plus a related business qualification.
