Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship - Didcot

We’re on the lookout for a new Bar and Waiting Apprentice to join our team! Applicants must be
over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.

At Marston’s, you will be working towards your Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification over the course of 15 months.

New to hospitality? You won’t be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of
our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic
happens. It’s not just a shift on the bar. It’s mastering the best pint. It’s
about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll: Be the face of our pubs creating and
maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

* Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food
and drinks

* Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed
* Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
