Are you ready to launch your career in business administration with a fast-growing company? PRN Healthcare Staffing and PRN Cleaning Services are expanding, and were looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Leeds.

PRN Healthcare Staffing and PRN Cleaning Services are sister companies committed to delivering high-quality staffing and cleaning solutions across the region. As we continue to grow, were building a strong support team to help drive our operations forward.

Your Role:

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our healthcare staffing and cleaning services. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will gain practical experience across administration, client communication, scheduling, and basic finance processes.

You will work closely with the management team, learning how the business operates while gradually taking ownership of key administrative tasks. Your role will help ensure our services run efficiently, staff are organised effectively, and clients receive a high level of service.

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and keen to develop a career in business administration within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across both businesses
Handle emails, phone calls, and documentation professionally
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist with scheduling, diary management, and staff coordination
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Contribute to business improvement initiatives

Desired Skills

● Good communication skills — both written and verbal ● Strong organisational and time management skills ● Experience using Microsoft Office programs ● A professional and friendly approach when dealing with staff and clients

Qualifications required

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
You will be required to gain an enhanced DBS check which we can assist with
