As a Commis Chef Apprentice, at The Goose - Fulham, you will learn all the necessary skills of the role, alongside how to clean and manage kitchen tools and applicances.
Your daily roles and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing all of The Goose's recipes and meals, serving them to a high quality.
- Spending time maintaining the kitchen to a high standard, with full training.
- Cleaning cooking utensils, and hardware such as the grill, ovens, and deep fat friers.
- Kitchen Porter responsibilities.
You will report to the Head Chef and General Manager, who will be there to lead and support you through the processes.
The Goose - Fulham is the home of good food, good vibes and good drinks and entertainment, whilst also being the Top Pub for Chelsea FC so can get extremely busy during home games.

Qualifications required
GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, at a Grade C/Level 4 or above
