As a Community Activator Coach, you will:
● Work with a range of experienced coaches and help deliver engaging gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, parkour, SEND, holiday camps, parties and pre-school sessions.
● Plan and deliver sessions, once confident and with guidance.
● Undertake British Gymnastics courses to become a qualified coach. Courses will be paid for by Sky High.
● Apprentice duties will also include the day to day running of the centre such as; Reception Duties; Assembly and disassembly of equipment set-ups; Assisting with the running of parties and parent and toddler sessions; General day to day tidying and cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is always presentable.
You will also be working alongside your daily roles and responsibilities to gain your Community Activator Coach L2 qualification over the duration of around 15 months.

Future prospects
Successful apprentices may progress to a full-time role within Sky High TGA following completion of the programme. Both of our previous apprentices are still working and thriving within our establishment.
