Your Role:
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our business operations, supporting both healthcare staffing and cleaning services. You'll gain valuable experience across departments, helping to streamline processes and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide administrative support across both businesses
● Handle emails, phone calls, and documentation professionally
● Maintain accurate records and databases
● Assist with scheduling, diary management, and staff coordination
● Support recruitment and onboarding processes
● Contribute to business improvement initiatives

● Good communication skills — both written and verbal ● Strong organisational and time management skills ● Experience using Microsoft Office programs ● A professional and friendly approach when dealing with staff and clients

Qualifications required
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
