This is an exciting opportunity to start your career as an Apprentice Technical & Business Administrator within our Operational team, supporting the Managed Radio Services contract for the Metropolitan Police.
This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn and develop technical and business administration, logistics, and customer service skills. You will receive training and support to help you build the knowledge needed to succeed in the role and progress your career over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
With full training and support, you will:
· Help receive deliveries from suppliers and check equipment
· Learn to record and track equipment using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools
· Support the preparation and booking of deliveries to customers
· Assist with issuing equipment to customers and engineers
· Support stock management and organisation in secure stores
· Help with deliveries to customer sites or arrange courier shipments (including occasional driving of a pool vehicle)
· Provide general support to the wider operational team
· Gain experience in basic equipment testing (full training provided)

· Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar)
· A positive, reliable approach to work
· Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one)
Desirable (but not essential):
· Interest in technology, IT, or telecommunications
· Some experience using spreadsheets or databases
· Any customer service experience
