Early Years Lead Practitioner level 5 apprenticeship training course
Who is it for?
For those who are experienced early years practitioners aiming for leadership roles, enhancing their child development knowledge, management skills, and commitment to high standards in health, well-being, and compliance.
Blended delivery
Facilitated learning - Learners complete learning sessions with their Learning Coach every 4-6 weeks. Self-study - Learners are expected to carry out self-study using Lifetime’s online learning platform, Aptem. Virtual sessions - Carried out between the learner and their Learning Coach. Contact - Learners have access to their Learning Coach via email, phone and online learning platform, Aptem.
End point assessment
60-minute observation in the learner’s workplace followed by 30-minute questions, as well as a professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence.
