What are Skills Bootcamps?
Skills Bootcamps are part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Skills for Life campaign. They’re flexible short courses for people to learn digital skills and start or progress a career in tech. As a learner, you will never have to pay for the training – Skills Bootcamps are funded by the Government and free for individuals.

Unlock your potential with our 12-week Skills Bootcamps! Develop your skills in data analysis, IT and networking. You will receive on-going support and guidance from expert Technical Trainers, as well as two weekly sessions delivered virtually.

How you'll be supported
We’re here to help you every step of the way. In addition to your Technical Trainer who will be delivering your course, you’ll have dedicated support from one of our Pathway Planners. The Pathway Planner is there to review your progress, help you set targets, and identify further opportunities to help your development. You’ll also complete CV and interview workshops, create your own portfolio of work and one-to-one sessions with a career mentor.

Skills Bootcamps are flexible short training courses for adults aged 19+. They’ve been designed to fast-track specialist skill development for existing or new talent in your business.
What are the benefits to signing team members up for Skills Bootcamps?

How are Skills Bootcamps funded?
Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses backed by the Government to get more people in digital roles and help businesses prepare for a digital-first future. They’re a cost-effective way to reskill or upskill your team members.
If you’re a small-to-medium enterprise (SME with less than 250 employees), you can access these courses for only 10% of the total training cost per learner.
If you’re a large employer, you can access these courses for only 30% of the total training cost per learner.
Learners will never have to pay for their training.
