It’s ‘Good’ news for Lifetime in our latest Ofsted inspection.

Lifetime has been awarded a grade 2 "good" rating by Ofsted, the government's education inspectorate.

As the UK's largest provider of skills development programmes, we provide apprenticeships and training to over 20,000 learners across key sectors like hospitality, retail, and early years childcare.

We've invested heavily in technology and learner support systems, and it's paying off! An astonishing 92% of our learners believe their chosen programme will help them achieve their career goals, and 87% are satisfied with their learning experience.

Improved learning for everyone

Inclusivity is our priority, and our Ofsted report recognises our commitment to ensuring learners with additional educational needs and disabilities can thrive alongside their peers. Upgraded support systems, a new learner management platform, and enhanced teaching methods all contribute to a more engaging and effective learning experience for everyone.

This recognition reflects the significant improvements we've made under new leadership, focusing on curriculum design and learning experience.

We foster strong partnerships with employers, drawing on their expertise to ensure our programmes equip learners with the skills they need to succeed in today's dynamic workplaces.  We also work closely with educational institutions and industry bodies, sharing best practices and staying at the forefront of skills development.
