As part of organisational changes and following a sector benchmarking and review process, Lifetime Training Group is announcing five new employee reward and recognition schemes, whilst also significantly enhancing maternity, paternity and shared parental leave schemes.

The recent updates to our benefits and enhancements are available to new and existing employees, across all levels and pay scales. All centre around supporting our people through their life-changing moments.

On top of the strong benefits provision already on offer for all employees, the new schemes are:

  • A Health Cash Plan
  • An annual employee awards event
  • A refreshed recognition framework
  • Purchasing additional annual leave scheme
  • A fully paid phased return to work following baby leave

The significant investment in health and family leave also supports our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategic goals.

Maternity and shared parental leave sees company pay being offered across the first 24 weeks of leave and those taking paternity leave also full pay for 2 weeks, where eligibility applies.
