B&Q is the UK’s leading home improvement and garden living retailer, helping customers have smarter homes since 1969. We have been partnered since 2017 and deliver their retail, management, coaching and trade supplier programmes.

Since the start of the partnership B&Q have seen cost savings close to £300,000 due to lower turnover and lower sickness rates in their level 2 apprentices.

They have promoted 50% of colleagues that have achieved, with 18% being promoted twice, and 86% of apprentices who have achieved have been retained after 12 months of achieving.
