With the government looked upon to lead the way in apprenticeship investment, we’ve not only helped over 17 public sector bodies exceed their previous 2.3% apprenticeship target, but have encouraged growth in key development areas by filling vital skills gaps.

We’re proud to have built one of the UK’s largest apprenticeship offerings. Our programmes help over 5,000 people every year find life-changing career opportunities, at the same time helping our partners build a more inclusive, diverse and future-ready workforce.

Working in partnership with civil service recruitment teams, we attract, screen and shortlist potential candidates for multiple roles. From recruiting administrators and customer service teams to project managers and leaders, we provide a service that enables large-scale recruitment drives that also support your social mobility and diversity strategy.

Recruiting externally and improving access to training reaches and empowers more people in underrepresented communities, disadvantaged locations and low socio-economic groups. By driving social mobility and building a more inclusive workforce, you'll gain far more than just increased apprentice numbers.

We’re fully committed to social mobility across all our practices and processes and have adapted campaigns to actively promote apprenticeships to people with limited access to training. Around 25% of Lifetime apprentices come from locations deemed disadvantaged, showing the invaluable role apprenticeships can play as an education tool.
