No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate, you just need to have internet access and follow the link emailed to you.

Can I access this workshop on my phone or tablet?

Yes, follow the link from your email or copy it into the webpage address.

Do I need to register to attend the off-the-job training workshop?

Yes, you will need to register to be able to attend.

How do I log in on the day of the workshop?

Your joining link with be emailed to you from Lifetime Training Group, once you have registered through this website. But please check your junk mail (just in case).

Will I be able to take away any documents or files from the workshop?

There will be a follow-up email sent to those that attend which will give you information from the workshop.

What do I do if I have problems entering the workshop on the day?

Can I invite other people to the event?

Yes. Simply share this link and anyone can register to join the workshop, or a workshop that suits their job role.

The timings of the workshops are not convenient for me. Will I be able to participate in any way?

We are holding multiple sessions for each sector at varying times through the week. If none of these are suitable, please reach out to your Lifetime representative.

When I click the webinar link it says 'Registration isn’t available right now'?

Go to your browser settings and clear cookies/cache and this should rectify the problem.
