At Everyone Active you will work towards your Customer Service Practioner L2 Apprenticeship qualification over the course of 15 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service in an efficient and helpful manner. You will also be attaining a NPLQ lifeguard qualification and working as a lifeguard throughout the apprenticeship.
Customer Services Practitioner Apprenticeship will help you gain a foothold in the leisure reception industry. It will help you to gain a fully nationally recognised
Customer Service qualification along with developing customer interaction skills.
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who have a unique drive towards delivering a high level of customer service and administration.

● Experienced in customer service, being the first points of contact, its’ key you can provide a professional service to all our customers
You will be required to workdays, evenings, and weekends. Full training will be given on the centre’s systems.

Desired Skills
To be considered for this role, you must be a strong and confident swimmer. If you are invited to interview for this role you will be required to complete a swim test as part of the interview process. In order to be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate you are able to do the following. • Jump/dive into deep water • Swim 50 metres in no more than 60 seconds • Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water and then tread water for 30 seconds • Surface dive to floor of pool (deepest part) • Climb out of a swimming pool unaided by ladders/steps and where pool design permits
