The role requires the following, training will be provided:
● Provide 1st line user support and logging, using IT Service Management tool
● New build, rebuild workstation rollout
● Account management and administration
● Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
● Communicating effectively with colleagues to resolve IT related issues

• Be proactive in their duties • Demonstrate IT related problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience across a range of up-to-date technologies including: o Desktop/laptop/printer hardware o Microsoft Office o Windows 10 &11 • Be able to support with occasional out of hours support

Qualifications required
Grade 4/C and above in English and Maths and a related IT qualification
