At GLL, you will be working towards a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months.
Desired Skills
● Have the confidence and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner ● Be able to work independently and be able to recognise problems that need to be escalated
Personal qualities
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● A proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritisation
● Experience in a service desk or support role (desirable)
● A team player with a keen eye for detail
● Interest /experience working with applications at a basic level
Experience of working with internal customers
Qualifications required
Missed out on getting your Maths and English GCSE’s? Don’t worry- you can still apply but you may need to complete Functional Skills Level 2 before you finish the apprenticeship. Our Learning Coaches can support you with this so don’t let this put you off!
Future prospects
GLL prides itself on its internal Learning & Development and internal promotion levels, there is scope for the right candidate to move to Level 3 apprenticeships either in customer service or digital
