Duties:
● Provide great customer service managing calls and emails in relation to the technology solutions we deliver such as Internet, Voice, Mobile and IT services.
● Assist in provisioning these solutions.
● Utilise effective phone and email etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
● Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
● Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding.

Qualifications required
