Marstons been running pubs and brewing beer in one form or another for more than 185 years – a heritage that we’re incredibly proud of! Today we operate more than 1,400 pubs, bars and hotels which is our complete focus. Apprenticeships and people are a big part of that focus. Marstons have been partnered with Lifetime Training since 2015 and helped over 400 people to achieve qualifications and further development. In fact 49% of achievers took on new roles or responsibilities after completing their apprenticeship.
