  • Required to forecast sales and understand what affects the business?
  • Required to conduct risk assessments and identify any potential risks?
  • Required to manage team performance, recruitment, inductions, team development and planning for your business in line with operational policy and procedures?
  • Responsible for leading and managing a team in a hospitality outlet, department or store?
