The new Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 apprenticeship programme is now available - this new version replaces the Hospitality Team Member Level 2 apprenticeship for food and beverage roles.

This apprenticeship is split into the following pathways, designed to meet role specific knowledge, skills and behaviours.

  • Is your role in housekeeping working as part of a team?
  • Required to clean and maintain bedrooms and public areas?
  • Required to maintain housekeeping supplies?
  • Required to use a variety of chemicals and equipment?
  • Required to identify and report maintenance needs?
  • Is your role in a reception area?
  • Required to speak to customers either face to face, on the phone or online?
  • Required to provide information to customers and answer queries?
  • Required to check customers in and out?
  • Required to take customer reservations and bookings?
  • Required to deal with a variety of payment methods?
