  • Is your role customer facing and part of a team?
  • Required to greet customers and take orders?
  • Required to take payments?
  • Required to serve a variety of coffees such as Espresso, Americano and Latte?
  • Required to work using a variety of coffee making equipment and machines?
  • Is your role within conference and events?
  • Required to set up rooms for events?
  • Required to deal with enquires, reservations and bookings, liaising with internal departments and external companies?
  • Required to organise and coordinate events for customers?
  • Required to communicate via telephone and writing to colleagues, suppliers and customers?
  • Required to work with customers?
  • Required to work as part of a team?
  • Required to greet and serve customers?
  • Required to promote menu items to customers?
  • Required to serve prepared food to customers?
  • Required to take payments?
  • Is your role in a kitchen environment and as part of a team?
  • Required to prepare and cook food for service?
  • Required to maintain food safety and quality when handling food?
  • Required to complete kitchen documentation?
  • Required to perform basic cleaning and washing up?
  • Is your role in housekeeping working as part of a team?
  • Required to clean and maintain bedrooms and public areas?
