  • Responsible for providing solutions on a range of HR queries and requirements to employees in your organisation?
  • Involved in HR activities that support your organisation structure and culture?
  • Be involved in various recruitment and selecting methods?
  • Support the implementation of HR changes/projects with the business?
  • Have the opportunity to advise managers on performance management issues?
  • Have the opportunity to build managers expertise in HR matters, improving their ability to handle repeated situations themselves where appropriate?
