Who is it for?
For those who wish to be responsible for leading a care team and to ensure the service that team provides is safe, effective, caring and responsive to people’s needs.
Blended delivery
1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.
End point assessment
60 minute professional discussion, and 60 minute practical observation followed by 15 minutes of questions.
Duration
17 months + end point assessment
