Who is it for?
For anyone managing a store or leading a large retail team including other managers.
Blended delivery
1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.
End point assessment
2 hour written exam, 30 minute presentation of completed business project with Q&A, and 1 hour professional discussion.
Duration
14 months + end point assessment
