Who is it for?
Those who are at the beginning of their leadership and management career or are in a management role but wish to develop their understanding of management skills.
Blended delivery
1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, Face-to-face and remote teaching, and Self study via online learning platform - Aptem. Employer cohort option available - 15 minimum.
End point assessment
50 minute presentation with Q&A, and 60 minute professional discussion with portfolio of evidence
Duration
14 months + end point assessment
