  • Responsible for leading and managing a team of 2 or more people on a regular basis?
  • Responsible for developing your own knowledge/skills and that of your team?
  • Responsible for developing and implementing an operational plan?
  • Responsible for reviewing your operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes?
  • Do you have accountability for financial matters such as budgets?
  • Is there scope within your role for you to plan, initiate, implement, evaluate and review a project?
